چکیده
An inverted papilloma of the frontal sinus is a challenging lesion for surgeons, both anatomical and pathological reasons. Despite trend away from an external approach towards endonasal endoscopic approach, indications remain. The options include trephination, transpalpebral orbital craniotomy, supraorbital transeyebrow osteoplastic flap, bifrontal craniotomy with cranialization. Each has advantages disadvantages.
